New York rapper Wiki shares a new single 'Roof (Prod. Navy Blue)', lifted from his forthcoming album Half God, dropping 1st October. The single has arrived with a fantastic video directed by Nicholas Stafford Brigg which opens with Wiki enthusiastically climbing the creaky stairs of an apartment building as he makes his way to the roof. Wiki's opening line encompasses the sentiment of the song, 'My roof is my favourite, my only kind of entertainment'. Laid over Navy Blue's drumless track, Wiki's rap is poetic and earnest; he reminisces on past experiences as the video shows him sat on his roof where he people watches, writes and smokes, and then the camera shows us a birds-eye view.
